RE: WATERSIDE ESTATES, PHASE III - PRELIMINARY PLAT
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a
preliminary plat of Waterside Estates, Phase III, was approved by the
Coppell City Council on March 10, 1992, with the following conditions:
1) that the applicant close the existing median cut on MacArthur,
2) that the developer include the wrought-iron fence along the lake
3) waiver of alley requirement along canal lots
If the final plat is not submitted within nine (9) months, (prior to
December 11, 1992) the preliminary plat will be deemed null and void, and
resubmittal will be required.
