It has been brought to my attention by Robert J.
McNamara that a statement contained in my July 25, 1986,
letter to you was not complete accurate. As you can see
from the enclosed letter from Mr. McNamara, Mr. McNamara did,
in fact, receive several phone calls from you but the two of
you never were able to discuss the matter concerning Welling-
ton Place.
