Dear Mr. Powell:
On behalf of Riverchase Joint Venture, we have reviewed the plans sub-
mitted by McNamara Engineering Company for the Wellington Place off-site
drainage. These plans are dated December 10, 1985, and were revised May 14,
1986, August 5, 1986, and October 9, 1986.
The drainage system crosses Rlverchase at the western boundary in a 20-
foot easement. The proposed system minimizes the impact on the Rlverchase
Development and will not interfere with their development plans.
A maintenance agreement is being prepared, defining responslbllty for
maintenance of the system.
