Dear Mr. Powell:
We have sent you a letter committing us to you a starting date of
September 1, 1986 for the off-site drainage system for Wellington
Place Apartments of Coppell. Plans have been submitted to you
for your review and approval. At the request of Ginn Engineers,
we have forwarded another copy to them.
I have called you on several occasions to obtain information
regarding the status of your review. It has been two weeks since
our plans were submitted. With September 1st approaching, we
presume that the plans are acceptable and we will proceed based
on the design we submitted if we don't hear otherwise.
Please advise us if you would prefer us to delay the starting
date for the off-site drainage system. Your earliest attention
on this matter is greatly appreciated.
