Compliance with engineering comments (attached). Submission of documents to annex this phase into the Vista Ridge Homeowners Association and City Attorney approval thereof. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, July 8, 1997, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting.
