RE: Case: Vistos of Cop_nell. Phase 2C. Replat
Dear Madam/Sir:
This letter is to inform you that the Vistas of Coppell. Phase 2C. Replat, to allow a redefinition of a common
lot line between Lots 17 and 18, Block D and to extend Lyndsie Drive south to the boundary line which will
eventually provide a street connection into Phase 3 of Vistas of Coppell, for 20.4 acres of property located
along the south side of Spur 553, east of North Denton Tap Road, and north of Denton Creek was
recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, July 16, 1998,
subject to the following recommended conditions:
1)
Modify the Utilities Certificate to reflect a single signature block which reads "TU Electric/Lone
Star Gas/Lone Star Gas Pipeline.'
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, August 11, 1998, at 7:30 p.m. A
representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the
denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items
which accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The submittal
deadline for revised drawings is 12 noon,_ Thursday, July 30, 1998. Therefore, please submit 17 folded
copies of the revised drawings, plus three 8 1/2" x 11" paper reductions on or before that date.
The drawing which requires change in order to comply with the Planning and Zoning recommendations is:
