Dear Fred:
This letter is to inform you that the W¢~tbury Manor. Final Plat, to allow the
development of 35 residential lots on approximately 9.7 acres of property located along
the east side of S. Heartz Road and along the south side of E. Sandy Lake Road was
approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, November I0, 1998.
This Final Plat must be filed with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Approval is
valid for six (6) months. If the Plat has not been filed for record with the County prior to
May 10, 1999, it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the
attached checklist for the requirements for executing Final Plats and Replats.
