Dear Mr. Thompson:
When property is annexed into the City, it does so under the zoning classification of A
(Agriculture). This letter is to inform you that Case #ZC-569(CH), changing the zoning from
A (Agriculture) to LI (Light Industrial) on 3.79 acres of property located on the north side of
East Beltline Road, close to the eastern City limit line, was recommended for approval by the
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, September 15, 1994.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, October 11, 1994,
at 7:30 p.m.
