Westfork Add/PP-CS 870527May 27, 1987 Planning & Zoning Commission Coppell, Texas % Mrs. Taryon Bowman, Planning & Zoning Coordinator City of Coppell Dear Members: In conjunction with our proposed 6 lot subdivision on Bethel School Road west Of Moore Road, commonly referred to as the "Monk property", we would like to request a waiver of the alley requirement. In requesting this waiver, we would like to point out that the site is bordered by single family homes in Carter Addition.on the south, west and east which do not have alleys and Northlake Woodlands No. 7 on the north side of Bethel School Road which was not required to provide alleys. Our proposed lots can have adequate garbage service from the street as the other homes in the area now have, including the house which exists on the property. We feel that providing an alley would not only be unnecessary, but undesirable for the adjacent homeowners who would suddenly find their privacy invaded.
