Westfork Addition - FINAL PLAT
Following further discussion Commissioner Weaver moved to
approve the final plat for Westfork Addition with the follow-
ing conditions:
1)
that the waiver of the alley requirement be granted
by variance;
2) that the Doggett Cove ten (10) foot offset be
granted by variance;
3)
that a private drive-~ay be permitted from Bethel
School Road to Lot 2 by variance; and
4)
that the applicant dedicate an additional five (5)
feet of Right-of-Way on Bethel School Road as
recommended by City staff, as part of this applica-
tion process.
Chairman Munsch seconded the motion; motion carried (3-1) with
Chairman Munsch and Commissioners Thomas and Weaver voting in
favor of the motion, and Commissioner Tunnell voting against
the motion.
