Dear Mr. Poulsen:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve White Glove Express Addition,
Preliminary Plat, located on the east side of Denton Tap Road, 500 feet south of Braewood
Drive, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, May 10, 1994, with the
following conditions:
1. Decibel level cannot exceed 55 at the property line, and
2. on the Final Plat, a 20-foot drainage easement be shown on the south side of the
property.
