RE: White Glove Express Addition, Final Plat
Dear Mr. Poulsen:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve White Glove Express Addition, Final
Plat, located on the east side of Denton Tap Road, 500 feet south of Braewood Drive, was
approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, June 14, 1994.
No construction may begin until the plat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Approval of this plat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda
date. If the plat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to December 13,
1994, the plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached
checklist for the requirements for executing plats.
