Public Works staff reviewed the building and landscape plans for
the above referenced project. The following comments are
associated with this project.
Left turn lane indicated on the building plans will require
the contractor to contact Rick Wieland, Parks and Recreation
Manager @ 462-8495 for specifics on any irrigation or
landscape features disturbed.
Contractor will need to request a utility final walk through
prior to issuance of any C.O.
3. Need to see civil sheets C-1 through C-3.
