Please find attached 17 folded bluelines of the referenced plat. Mr. Lenny Poulsen is purchasing
additional property on the south side of his existing car wash facility to construct a Q-Lube. As
discussed, we are submitting this as a "Preliminary Plat & Replat." The information requested in
the Preliminary Plat Checklist is provided below. The estimated water and sewer demands are for
the additional facility only.

· Anticipated Water Demand - Irrigation
· Tree Preservation Plan: No native trees onsite.
