The Coppell Trail System Master Plan shows a section of trail along this ut~li~
easement, however, research indicates that when the original plat of this property was
approved, the understanding was the horneowra~ along this easement would be
allowed to utilize the property in the easement as their owr~ Th~s replat will possibly
disallow the continuation of any future proposed greenwalk trail which may extend
along the Lone Star Gas easement through this development.
