property, located at the northwest corner of Denton Tap Road and Parkway
Boulevard.

Decision of P&Z Commission: Approval(6-0) with Commissioners Lowry, Jones,
Wheeler, Cruse, DeFilippo and McCaffrey voting in favor. None opposed.
Commissioner Mabry was absent.
Approval subject to the following conditions:
(1) Revise signature blocks.
(2)
A minimum of 40% of the trees along Denton Tap Road to be Cedar
Elms.
(3)
Obtain a favorable recommendation from the Town Center
Architectural Review Board.
(4) Show locations of fire hydrants on Site Plan.
(5) Compliance with Engineering comments (attached).
(6) Height of the light poles be limited to 30 feet.
