Denton Tap Road Coppell, TX 75019 RE: White Glove Express, Lot IR, Block A, Final Plat and Replat Dear Madam/Sir: This letter is to inform you that White Glove Express Addition, Lot IR, Block A, Final Plat and Replat, to create a single lot to accommodate the existing car wash building, as well as to allow the development of a 1,705 square foot automobile oil change, lubrication and detail services facility on the property located along the east side of Denton Tap Road, approximately 500 feet south of Braewood Drive, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, June 19, 1997, subject to the following conditions: 1) Add the Replat reference in the City Secretary's signature block. 2) Modify each submitted exhibit to reflect the following Site and Building Statistics: Total Site Area: Existing Site Area: Expansion Area: 70,935 s.f. 43,025 s.f. 27,910 s.f. Total New Building Area: Building Height: 1,705 s.f. 1 story, 18 feet 3) Correct New Building dimensions on Site Plan Expansion Exhibit (A-01) to 1,705 s.f. (55' x 31') The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, July 8, 1997, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items which accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The submittal deadline for revised drawings is 12 noon, Thursday, June 26, 1997. Therefore, please submit 17 folded copies of the revised drawings, plus three 8 1/2" x 11" paper reductions on or before that date. The drawings which require change in order to comply with Planning and Zoning recommendations are: Final Plat and Replat, Site Plan, Landscape and Irrigation Plans.
