Dear Mr. Elium:
The Veterans Administration requires that we obtain a pre-acceptance
letter from the city on all subdivisions. By definition, a pre-ac-
ceptance letter states that the plans are approved and the city will
accept the facilities when constructed.
Enclosed is a letter from the Veterans Administration requiring the
pre-acceptance letters and also a sample response letter we have been
using.
We would appreciate receiving a pre-acceptance letter from you on the
above referenced subdivision so we may forward it to the Veterans Ad-
ministration at the appropriate time.
If you should have any questions or if I may be of any assistance to
you in this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me at your con-
venience.
Very truly yours,
