Dear Mr. Elium:
Fox and Jacobs is considering the development of approximately 450 single
family homes north of Bethel Road, between Heartz Road and Moore Road. It
is our intent to allow prospective buyers the option of FHA/VA or conven-
tional financing. The project, therefore, is subject to approval by the
FHA and the North Central Texas Council of Governments (COG).
As part of the FHA/COG feasibility analysis, COG requests a letter of
endorsement from the City Manager and the School Superintendent, or their
designated representative.
In an attempt to expedite this analysis and allow us to continue our
feasibility study, please send a letter to COG stating your endorsement
and/or comments on the ability of the City of Coppell and the C.I.S.D.
to accomodate the proposed addition.
They are interested in such things as the availability of utilities;
community and municiple facilities; compliance with the Coppell Master
Plan; City attitude toward the project; capability of the school district
to absorb the additional children, etc.
Your endorsement can be contingent upon our meeting all City Codes and
requirements.
