Re: Willowood Preliminary Plat Coppell, Texas Dear Mr. Mitchell: I have reviewed the preliminary plat for the Willowood Addition in accord- ance with the existing ordinances in effect at this time and find the following deficiencies: 2. 3. 4. Be 82 lots to small to comply with "SF-7" zoning. Building lines are not shown on the plat. Block letters should be provided rather than numbers. There are two conflicting street names shown, which are now in use in the city. (Park Hill and Park Lane) Additional right-of-way should be provided on Heartz Road.
