Dear Mr. Elium:
Attached are three prints of the revised preliminary plat on the
above referenced subdivision for your review and approval.
Please note that we have made the change to street locations and
outlets as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
(i.e.) (1) Sandy Hill Lane no longer exits onto Bethel School
Road, and (2) an exit for future access to Bethel School Road has
been provided off of Sandy Knoll Drive. The changes made are a
little different and more extensive than recommended by the P&Z.
This was done to maintain our lot yield and also, improve overall
traffice flow.
In addition, we have made changes to the area adjacent to Moore
Road (block K). This was done to avoid fronting houses on Moore
Road, plus avoid possible conflicts with the drainage structure
under Moore Road.
