Enclosed is a letter from the Veterans Administration requiring the pre-acceptance letters and also a sample response letter we have been using. We would appreciate receiving a pre-acceptance letter from you on the above referenced subdivision so we may forward it to the Veterans Ad- ministration at the appropriate time. When these facilities and improvements have been installed and constructed in accordance with these plans and City specifications, they will be accepted by the City subject to the one year's main- tenance as specified in the contract documents submitted to the City for this project. Upon the expiration of the one year main- tenance bond, these improvements will be accepted and maintained by the City of I trust that this provides the information that you needed concerning this matter.
