The preliminary plat has expired. Applicant is required to resubmit a preliminary plat and a site plan for
approval before the final plat can be reviewed.
A notation on the expired preliminary plat for Village at Cottonwood prepared in November 1984 reads:
'A screening wall to be provided to alley if school site is constructed'. Does applicant intend to provide
a brick screening wail?
Whe~ you submit the preliminary plat, please include the following items that were missing on your final
plat:
a) width of adjoining street
b) building setback ~
c) building area
d) ptrtinz spaces
e) fire lanes
f) screen walls
g) irrigation systems
Staff written comment~ will be fluted to each applicant.
Please revise plats, landscape plan~, and utility plans based on staff recommendations or provide
reasons why our comments should not be followed when you attend the March 2, 1995 Development
Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring a new set of plats and revised plans to the March 2nd DRC meeting.
Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or other
representative is urged to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, F~ to resubmit seventeen 07) folded copies of revised
plans, three (3) reduced paper copies and one (1) transparency of each exhibit to the Planning.
