Final Plat
1. All fire lanes and access easements should be shown.
2. Drainage and utility plans should be provided.
3. Right-of-way widths for all streets should be shown.
4. Water, sewer and roadway impact fees will be required.
Architectural Landscaping Plan
1. Are you proposing screening walls to separate the school from the adjacent residential uses?
2. There could be a problem with your entrance driveways being offset from existing Fairview
Court across the street.
3. You may want to consider providing a striped left turn lane to allow parents to enter the
parent drop off without impeding the west bound traffic on Minyard Drive.
4. You need to insure that the parent drop-off lane is wide enough to enable two cars to set
side by side so that they can turn east or west leaving the site.
