Re: Windsor Estates Preliminary Plat
Dear Ms. Moro,
The Preliminary Plat for Windsor Estates was approved on March 10, 1998. In a rec~--nt review of
our project status with the Planning Department it was brought to my attention that I needed a
six month extension to our Preliminary Plat approval.
The Hydrologist (Momson and Associates) working on our Flood Study suffered a series of
health problems leading to a heart attack which inhibited liim from finishing our~. We have
had tremendous success with Halff and Associates finali~g our data to submit t~ FE~. We
appreciate the City of Coppell's input and understanding in finalizing this project.
We respectfully request an extension of time for an additional six months on our Preliminary
Plat's approval.
