Box 473 Coppell, Texas 75019 May 19, 1999 RE: Windsor Estates Homeowner's Association Agreement Dear Isabelle: Please be advised that we have reviewed the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Windsor Estates as submitted by Coppell Optimum Assets, LLC, a Texas limited company. We have made this review for the purpose of determining whether or not the common areas have been adequately provided for, maintenance thereof, and the City's rights with respect to enforcing maintenance of the common areas. After review the aforementioned document, it is our opinion that they meet the minimum requirements as set forth in the Subdivision Ordinance and Appendices thereto. Thus, we are in a position to approve the Covenants and Conditions that have been forwarded to our office with respect to this project.
