Please comment as to what the 20' drainage easement on Lot 23, Block A is referring to. Is there a 20' easement in that area or is that note erroneously placed on the plat? 2. Label 6' easement to be 3' on each lot and the 16' easement to be 8' on each lot. 3. Label the drainage easements as "Private Homeowner Association Drainage Easements". 4. Need Note 7 to be inclusive of Drainage Easement on Lots 21-27, Block A as maintained by Homeowners Association.
