RE: The Woodlands of Coppell, Amending Plat
Gentlemen:
This letter is to inform you that The Woodlands of Coppell, Amending Plat, to correct the
dimensions of the drainage easement on Lots 21-27, Block A, and on Lots 1-9, Block B, of the
Final Plat, located at the southwest intersection of Sandy Lake and Coppell Roads, was
recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, May
16, 1996. The width of the drainage easements on Lots 1-9, Block B, will be 8' on both side
yards and 3' wide in the rear yards. The drainage easements will be maintained by the
Homeowner's Associated as stated on Note 7 on the Plat.
Please be advised that this amending plat needs to be fried with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department within six (6) months. If it has not been submitted to the Planning Department
prior to November 16, 1996, the amending plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal
shall be required. See the attached checklist for the requirements for executing Final Plats,
Replats and Amending Plats.
