This letter is to confirm our phone conversation of 4/20f95. We greatly appreciate your
consideration in allowing us to resubmit our final plat for the above referenced development on
Tuesday (4/25/'95) or Wednesday (4/26/'95) ofne~t week for the May 18, 1995 Planning
Commission docket.
As we discussed we will contact you and/or Ken Griffin on Monday to review our corrected
submittal for any additional comments prior to resubmittnl. Our understanding of the items to
be corrected are the following:
Identify each easement in terms of who it from, who it is to, and the specific
purpose of the easement.
Provide sidewalk easements to the City of Coppell on lots 3 and 4 of Block B in
a manner which will accommodate the typical City sidewalk location.
Additionally, we will again review the plat for typographical errors and
appropriate signature blocks, dedication language, etc. per City standards.
I understand that you do not require any addttional copies of the C.C.R,s at this time, and when
we are in contact on Monday you will provide us with pertinent comments. We will make any
necessary corrections for our Tuesday/Wednesday resubmittal.
