Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve The Woodlands of Coppell, Final Plat,
located at the southwest intersection of Coppell and Thweatt Roads, was approved by the
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, May 18, 1995, with the following
documents that must be received and approved by City Staff: Articles of Incorporation of the
Homeowners Association, the By-Laws, the Restrictive Covenants to be fried with the Dallas
County Deed Records and certification presented to the City that these documents have been
filed. Please note that the City will not accept the dedication of public improvements until City
Staff receives said documents to their satisfaction.
No construction may begin until the Final Plat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat
Records Department. Approval of this Final Plat is valid for six (6) months. If the Final Plat
has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to November 18, 1995, the plat shall
be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached checklist for the
requirements for executing Final Plats and Replats.
