Re: Woodlands of Coppell - Building Permit for Common Area 3-B
I am writing to request your assistance in obtaining a building l:nmait for the Entxy Structure in
the median island referenced above. Mike Hodge in building inspoctions has refereed me to you
to v~nff-y that this structure is allowed. A brief review of the process that we went through
follows.
This structure has been consistently shown on all submittals from z/ming to fmal ~ The island
in which this smsctm~ is proposed has been identified on the final plat as a common ar~ to be
maintained and owned fee simple by the HOA. In response to review comments by the Coppell
Engineering Department we have provided water and sewer to tbe structure, and in so doing
elected to finish out the interior.
For your reference I am attaching a copy of the final plat submittal reflecting the stmctm'e in
question. If you have any questions or if you require any additional information please do not
hesitate to call. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
