Dear Marcie,
Thanks for your help with the replat of my lot. I am submitting with this letter eight (8)
24 x 36" black line copies and one (1) 24 x 36 Mylar.
The current version includes all required revisions by the your office as well as the city
engineering office. Each copy has been signed and notarized by both the surveyor and by
Kim and I as property owners. Each copy has the required utility company signatures.
Maxcie, I believe that we have done everything we need to do to get this replat. If not,
please let me know. I would like to wrap this up as quickly as possible.
