Landscape Plans are to be signed and sealed by the Landscape Architect. Irrigation Plans will be required for this development. These plans shall be signed and sealed by a licensed irrigator or landscape architect. o Irrigation controller shall have the following components: * rain sensor * freeze protection device * surge protector o The Parkland Dedication Ordinance shall be in effect for this development. Because there are fewer than 100 dwelling units identified, money-in-lieu of dedicated park property is required. At a fee of $1,285 per dwelling unit, this should equate to a total fee of $48,830. These funds are required to be paid at the time of Final Plat approval. This subdivision lies within Park Zone 1. Under the Note # lB for the Hike and Bike Trail Easement, staff has requested that the City Attorney review this for its relevance to the plat. 6.
