Under the landscape calculations show the required and provided. Modify the following items on the Landscape Plans (LI.1 and L1.2): a) Under the Parking Lot Interior calculations break out the number of trees you are providing for the planting islands and the number of trees required by the tree ratio (1:400 sf of interior landscape area). Also, the Total Parking Interior Landscape Area provided is shown to be 47,323 sf. On the Site Plan that number is shown to be 47,221 sf, please correct the incorrect figure. Information on exhibits must track. b) Staff requests that applicant provide a 3' high berm treatment along Beltline Road (similar to the one on Lakeshore Dr.). c) Under the Landscape Perimeter calculations show the actual square footage being required and provided. d) On sheet L1.2 under the plant summary table, the total number of provided trees does not track with the total provided number of trees on sheet L1.1. Please rectify. e) Explain why you do not plan to mitigate the 36.5" caliper inches of removed trees. This will apply to any signage that will be proposed on Phase II. Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant. Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the March 4th Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting. Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the March 4th DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, March 9th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning Department.
