ITEM: Northlake 635 Business Park, Replat of Lot 1, Block D and Site Plan Review,
to allow the development of 2 office and warehouse buildings totaling 240,800
square feet on 32.83 acres of property, located at the northwest corner of
Beltline Road and £akeshore Drive, at the request of Halff Associates, Inc.

1. Show the ROW width of adjacent streets on Site Plan.
2. Show 5' sidewalks along Beltline Road with ADA ramps at driveways.
3. The 'Patterned Paving' should be labeled 8' brick paver band.
4. Any proposed turn lanes need to meet minimum requirement of 100' taper and 100'
storage/decel.
5. Show all drive dimensions including radii.
6. Provide note on plat that sidewalks along Lakeshore Drive will be constructed when
required by City Engineer.
