RE: Overhead Utility Relocation
Dear Mr. Casteel:
Pursuant to the actions of the City Planning and Zoning Commission on March 18, 1999
and City Council on April 13, 1999, concerning the approval of Northlake 635 Business Park
replat of Lot 1, Block D and approval of site plan, we are writing to request the relocation of the
utility poles which abut along the West side of Beltline Road between Lakeshore Drive and
Wrangler Drive. It is our understanding that in conjunction with future development of the land
by Transwestem, the above ground utility poles will be removed after the discontinuance of
service of said utility poles. This letter shall serve as a request for and on behalf of the City
pursuant to the approval of this replat and site plan to remove and/or relocate those poles along
the West side of Beltline Road as provided for in the staff recommendation and approval by the
Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council.
