Dear Mr. Gaspard,
This letter is in response to your request for a third sign on the property at the above
location. Per Section 12-29-4.2.(C)ii, of the Coppel! Zoning Ordinance, (attached) a
maximum of two monument signs are permitted on a premise which has frontage on more
than one street. Further, the premise is required to be at least 5 acres in size and have a
minimum of 500 feet of fi'ontage on each street. This project meets this criterion for the
maximum of two signs.
As noted in your correspondence to Andrea Roy, dated April 19, 2001, when this site
plan was approved by the City Council, two-60 square foot monument signs were
included on the site plan. The first sign is existing, and the second is planned for Phase 2
of this development. If additional signage is desired for Lakeshore Drive, it is suggested
that the Phase 2 sign be relocated to the Lakeshore frontage.
