Dear Adrian,
Transwestern received a site plan approval in 1999 to construct sign two (2) monuments at the
above projects. One monument (A) was installed with phase I in 2000. Monument (B) will be
installed at some time in the future when phase II is constructed.
As a new issue, Transwestern would like to get the City of Coppell's approval to construct a third
monument (C) on Lakeshore Drive. The west building is addressed off of Lakeshore and needs
its own monument identity.
Do we need to process this request as a site plan amendment or can we get approval at the staff
level?
