The Coppell Hike and Bike Trail Master Plan shows a greenbelt trail along
Sandy Lake Road. Request an easement be placed in the "common area" which
runs along Sandy Lake to accomodate this trail.
The developer should be aware that the Coppell Hike and Bike Trail Master Plan
shows a greenbelt trail along the Lone Star Gas Easement.
