Provide a utility easement for a future 24" water line across the north side of the development adjacent to Sandy Lake Road. 2. A variance must be requested for deletion of alley behind Lots 1-4, Block B and Lots 35- 39, Block A. 3. Indicate on plat that Lot 24, Block A is owned and maintained by Lone Star Gas. 4. Label the piece of property located at the southwest corner of Hickory Ridge Drive and Whispering Hills Drive as a common area. 5. The street name for the southern east-west street needs to be the same name in both phases i.e. Forest Ridge Drive. 6. Provide the City of Coppell Floodplain Signature block. 7. Provide additional information on how the drainage under Hickory Ridge Drive and across the front of Lots 37-39, Block A will be addressed since Whispering Hills Dr. has open drainage ditches. 8. Provide a letter of permission from Lone Star Gas to allow for paving across easement and to allow City utilities to cross through the easement. 9. Show right-of-way width of Whispering Hill Dr.
