Notice of PH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commi~ion of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 21st day of December, 1995, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppeli Town Center, for
consideration of a zoning change, Case #ZC-588, Riverchase, at the request of R.P.G. Estates,
Ltd., from O (Office) to LI (Light Industrial), on 4.4383 acres of property generally described
as follows: east side of MacArthur Boulevard, north and adjacent to the TU easement,
approximately 1,249' north of Riverchase Boulevard. All interested citizens of the City of
Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in
the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning
Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
