As you can see the existing drainage ditch includes some US wetlands and we feel the vast area of grass fronting Beltline needs more aesthetic appeal. Our landscape architect has designed a series of rock/plant out croppings to improve the view. If approved by the City, it is our wish to complete the work this spring before the growing season begins. Can staff approve this plan or do we need to submit through the "siteplan I will be happy to discuss this plan with you at your convenience.
