Commerce Ctr P1/Re-CS010604Corporate June 4,2001 Andrea Roy City Planner 255 Parkway Blvd. Coppell, Texas 75019 KOLL CENTER COPPELL 700 & 800 Freeport Parkway, 801 Hammond Street Dear Andrea: Following up on the brief meeting we had at your office on May 23rd, enclosed are two sets of the revised site development plans (sheets Al.0, Al. 1, L1.3, and L1.4 all dated May 30, 2001) we are proposing for your approval. In similar fashion to the original submittal, these plans reflect both development scenarios; 1) 50% office / 50% warehouse, and 2) 100% office. The changes that Gary Sieb requested have been incorporated as well as the future parking spaces adjusted to meet the 9 ft. by 19 ft. City requirement. This caused the parallel parking to be eliminated but leaves sufficient space for future landscaping in the same location should it need to be added in the future. As discussed, we would like one set of plans returned with the Planning Department stamp of approval. We plan to immediately build the thirty one additional spaces between buildings 2 and 3.
