Per your e-mail, the Coppell Commerce Center has been submitted to Engineering for review and
re-assessment of fees. It has not been returned to Planning yet.
With regards to your question about receiving a copy of the plat, the engineer (Glenn Engineering)
typically gets additional copies of the plat signed in order to provide the client with one copy and himself
with one copy as well. Once the plat has been filed with Dallas County, the engineer should be able to
provide you with a copy. If not, we can certainly get you a copy at that time.
I have left Mike a message regarding this plat and will let you know as soon as I hear anything. Once
Engineering Ok's the plat, the remainder of the signatures can be obtained in a short amount of time.

Hi Andrea
I was curious about the re-plat filing status (Coppell Commerce Center).
According to Mike Glenn, our civil engineer, a few weeks ago it was
submitted to the City for signatures and filing. I would like to get copies
for our record. Do you know if it has been filed and how do I go about
getting copies? Thanks.
