This is Koll Development's latest plan where they are requesting to provide
additional parking. With regards to landscaping, it is OK. They have not
decreased the number of trees, and actually provided 2 additional trees. They
are willing to provide a few more trees if we request, but they need to confirm the
actual layout of the parking and get our approval for this, particularly the
additional parking along the south side of the building. They of course, are ready
to begin pouring concrete.
My only comment at this time is the need for an additional landscape island, with
tree, along the east side of the building. Let me know what you think.
I have included the proposed landscape plan (the pink circles are lost trees and
the green circles are new trees) and the approved landscape plan for your
eview.
