Overall approved site plan Remarks Koll Inc. is developing the site and is asking to slightly revise the parking lot. They are proposing to install parallel parking spaces adjacent to the 24' Fire Lane. Do you have concerns with this design? There are a few other issues with the site, particularly the 2 % ' between the parallel and head-in parking. Is there any latitude with regards to the fire lane? What I'm getting at is- I think this could be designed better if the Fire Lane were slightly shifted west, allowing for a little more breathing room. I'm guessing maybe a couple feet?
