Dear Madam/Sir:
This letter is to inform you that on October 14, 1997, the Coppell City Council continued the
Public Hearing for Zoning Case No. S-1084R, Kwik Kar to permit a 900 square foot building
expansion for two additional service bays on property located approximately 300 feet south of
Bethel School Road, along the west side of Denton Tap Road to its meeting on Tuesday,
November 11, 1997.
As stated by Council, issues to be addressed before that date include: (1) power line relocation,
(2) survey of trees, retaining wall dimension and location, hike & bike trail location, (2) the
staking of the property to show where these improvements are to be located, and (4) amendment
to the landscape plan.
I will personally contact the cleaners to discuss issue No. 1 and will consider the other issues
your responsibility. In addition, I understand the large Pennzoil sign on the east elevation will
be removed and the two smaller Pennzoil signs on the north elevation will remain. Please submit
a Site Plan indicating all changes discussed above. For your information, all portable signs are
also to be removed.
Please have all revisions in our office no later than 12 noon Wednesday, October 29, 1997.
