We understand certain actions will be taken to ensure that horns being operated during
automobile inspections will be directed towards Denton Tap Road and will not be honked in the
garage bays. Although not a condition of the Special Use Permit, the residents of the area have
brought this noise issue to our attention and it is our understanding that you will comply with the
neighborhood's concerns and will focus all automobile horn honking towards Denton Tap Road.
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. Prior to that
assembly, you must submit a revised Landscape Plan which reflects the development as approved
by Council last evening. When this has been received and the Ordinance has been submitted for
approval by Council, a copy will be sent to you.
