1. A deceleration lane needs to be provided for the street on the west side of the development
(Natches Trace).
2. A letter of permission from the Denton County Levee District #1 must be provided to install
proposed storm system on this property.
3. Any access to the S.H. 121 bypass will require TXDOT approval.
