Indicate on the plat which lots will not have alleys. The paving section shown on the Preliminary Drainage Area Map is incorrect. The paving section should be parabolic as per the City's Standard Details. A letter of permission from the Denton County Levee District /ti must be provided to hastal! proposed storm system on this property. The minimum size of public sanitary sewer line is 8". Provide a minimum 20' easement for existing sanitary sewerline and all other public utilities. All lowpoint storm inlets must be a minimum of 10' wide.
